FAQ.
' Shipping & returns: The customer pays for shipping and returns, which is 15€ each. The return can be filed as soon as you pick up the parcel until 14 days after you have recieved it. This can be done under orders in your account. This is a pre order so shipping will take place after the products are sewn. This processes will most likely be done 8 weeks after your order. The shipping after that is 1 week. The shipping processes and the pre production is entirely transparant and trackable at any time. Just go to your orders, under your account!
Shipping & Returns
' Pre order means that you have the opportunity to buy something before it comes out. The whole process of sampling and designing the clothes has already been done. When you pre order our clothes, a 5-8 week period for the production will take place and then 1 week of shipping until you can try out your new grails.

' Why euro: We sell mostly to european customers so euro is a very suitable currency. The factory we work with is also payed with euro. Therefore we can give you a cheaper price on our clothing!
